DROP-OFF
The food is prepared, sealed in portable containers, and delivered to a designated location.

SELF SERVE BUFFET
The food will be delivered and our equipment will be set up on the tables designated for the caterers. We will maintain the food table while guests serve themselves. DsmilingChef is not responsible for the portion sizes taken by guests. We will provide the specified number of servings that we agreed upon and that have been paid for. At the scheduled time, we will break down our equipment and leave any leftover food in temporary containers. This service requires three or more paid catering professionals, depending on the size and nature of the event.

FULL SERVICE
We deliver the food and set up our equipment on the designated tables for the caterers. We serve the entrée in portion sizes and manage the food table throughout the event. Afterward, we break down and clean the catering area, leaving any leftovers in temporary containers. This service requires three or more paid catering professionals, depending on the size of the event.
